Washington, Pa. – Matt McGovern and World Fighting Championships return Saturday, Aug. 4, to the Meadows Racetrack and Casino with the WFC 91 Live Boxing event. The doors for this quality card at the Event Center in Washington, PA open at 6:00 p.m. with the first bell at 7:00 p.m.

Coming together in the main event is Pittsburgh’s Bill Hutchinson (16-2-4, 7 KOs) as he battles Justin Savi (31-17-2, 21 KOs) from Silver Spring, Maryland in eight rounds of pro lightweight action. Savi is 33 and originally from Cotonou, Benin.

Hutch, who is 29, collected his 16th win on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at the Meadows during WFC 87. The popular pugilist won by majority decision over Angel Hernandez (13-9-2). He is planning a move to California after this matchup per Brian Whan at Youngstown Boxing News.

Dan Karpency (7-2-0, 3 KOs) of Adah, PA is ready for four rounds of super welterweight pro competition against Roger Blankenship (1-4-0, 0 KOs) from Cleveland, Ohio. The 27-year-old Karpency is 2-1 at the Meadows. Blankenship, 30, collected his only victory at the Meadows, Saturday, April 22, 2017, over Mike Conway (3-2-0, 2 KOs).

Another Penn/Ohio clash takes place as Cleveland’s Shawn Rall and the Steel City’s Deon Goodlow make their professional debut Saturday as super welterweights in a match scheduled for four rounds.

New Castle’s Dalton Rosta, 22, returns to boxing where he is an unbeaten amateur heavyweight against former Gold Gloves contender from Penn Hills’ John Demus. This amateur confrontation is three rounds. Rosta is coming off a mixed martial arts triumph over Philadelphia’s Devon Williams in July at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh.
